Dear Steadfast Construction,
I just wanted to take the time to say “thank you” for the wonderful job that
your company did on my screened in porch. I checked with many
companies before deciding to go with Steadfast. I had an unpleasant
experience with a bathroom remodel and was quite leery of getting into
the same dilemma.
Your representative came out and actually listened to what I wanted and
did not proceed to make his own design and ignore what size and features
I wanted. So many of the other companies that I contacted did not even
come back with the size and placement of where I asked for the porch to
be.
He gave me my estimate and was on his way, without pressuring me in
any way. So many of the companies I received estimates from offered
their prices but only if I signed a contract that day. I personally will no do
business that way and I am a firm believer if the price is good today, it will
be good tomorrow.
The carpenters were very hard working and their work speaks for itself.
Several of my neighbors have commented on my new porch and
remarked they will also be calling your company. Please include Jeff and I
on your list of reference and feel free to tell anyone they are welcome to
call or come by and look at our new porch that we are so pleased with.
I am undergoing a kitchen remodel right now and I only wish that your
also did those. This is turning into another nightmare… Thanks again for
standing by your work and having a Quality Product. Choosing Steadfast
for my porch certainly lowered my stress level.
I have not forgot the cook-out and I will remember the Samuel Adams and
the Steaks!

and attention to detail that Rudy and his partner (never did learn his name)
did while they were here constructing the deck. We continue to admire
details and trim work that could have been skimped on but were not, and
that were done in such a professional/well done way.
Although it took a bit of time to get started, once the project started it

I usually reserve these letters of gratitude for the absolute best of the best,
which I have no problem saying, is Steadfast.
WOW, are the only words that come to mind when seeing the work
performed in building my deck. Not only did it get finished in ONE day,
and not the three days I was told, the craftsmanship is superb and the cost

To Steadfast Construction:
I would like to write to you to express how happy we are with the
construction of our new porch. Our builder did a great job and paid
attention to every detail to make sure we are happy with the work he
performed. We have received numerous positive comments from
neighbors and people driving by telling us how wonderful the new porch
looks and how much it adds to our home. When people ask who did the
work, I plan to give out the name and number of Steadfast Construction
and refer them to you. On lady called this morning for that information,
named Cynthia Davenport, who should be calling you soon to receive
estimates for work that she would like to have done on her home.
Also, I wanted to thank the builder for saving the vinyl siding that came off
the front of the house when he was building the porch. They came e off in
12 - foot sections and I was able to use them for putting siding on my 12-
foot-shed in the backyard. They fit perfectly without cutting them. Now we
have a shed that perfectly matches our house as well as a brand new
porch. Thank you so much for saving those!

team did in building my deck. This large deck (30x14) is beautiful! And
the construction is top-notch. We chose Steadfast because of your good
name (our friends recommended you), and we were not disappointed.
Your entire team was professional and courteous. They worked hard,
knew exactly what they were doing, and delivered a deck with a spiral
staircase that is a sight to behold.
Before we chose Steadfast, we met with several decking companies. Your
salesman did the best job of listening to our needs, explaining all the
different configurations that you have built in the past (he had lots of
pictures), and then finally crafting a good solution that fell within our
budget. I especially appreciated the fact that the sales process was more
of an education than an attempt to "sell" something to us. He knows your

I have been trying to have a deck built for about three years running and
after dealing with Steadfast Construction, Inc.; I wish i had known about
you three years ago. Previous companies were unreliable, not customer
service oriented, and impossible to get a hold of or have your phone call
returned. This year, going into the process once again, I was very
discouraged. I asked my fiancé, Brian White, to deal with it because I had
no interest in dealing with anyone anymore. Your flyer was placed on our
door and within days, Steadfast was at our house giving us a great
presentation.
Steadfast made us feel very comfortable and they relieved me of some of
the fears I had going in for the third go around. They were sincere and very
informative. And I felt we could trust your company right away. We signed
that night for our plans and were very excited for our deck.
Steadfast kept us notified prior to construction and any questions and
phone calls we placed, were answered or returned right away. To our
wonderful surprise, Steadfast called Brian and asked if construction could
start early. I truly couldn't believe it and once again amazed by your
service. Our deck was completed in two days and your workers were
amazing. Those guys worked so hard. They deserve a lot of credit. You
have great people working for you. Our deck was stained and treated.
Then, you all came directly to my office to have paperwork signed and
completed.
We have dealt with a handful of people at Steadfast and have been more
than satisfied with the level of customer service you offer and uphold.
These days, it's not that often that you receive the service we have
received from Steadfast, and just so you know, it does not go unnoticed.
This house is our first home and in the years to come we will contact your

compliments on it already. Even the Loudoun County Building Inspector -
who was at our house today - said "it doesn't get much better than this." He
said it was one of the nicest decks he had ever seen! We were like "Wow...
if the Loudoun County Inspector thinks it's great, it must be something
special!!
We also wanted to specifically mention your workers. They worked from
the minute they arrived until the minute they left each night. We never
even saw them sit down and take a break. We were quite impressed with
their work ethic. More importantly, they were attentive to every detail. They
were perfectionists, and it really showed. The final product speaks for itself;
we really feel we got the most we could have from any company for our
money - and we don't feel that way too often.
As I mentioned last week, we have and will continue to "talk up" you
company to our friends and neighbors. We feel we made the best decision
by going with "Steadfast Construction: - the customer service was great (
Steadfast was at our house for about 3 hours listening to our ideas,
coming up with drawings, and answering our questions on the night we
signed the contract...just as an example), and the workmanship was top-

with our new porch and deck. Our porch is far superior to your competitors
products. We spent several weeks interviewing other companies and
viewing their jobs. The attention to detail and workmanship of Steadfast
Construction was an easy choice in the end.
Jim and I hosted a birthday party for our daughter two weeks ago and
many of our friends and family got to see our porch for the first time.
Everyone was oohing and aahing all day over it. To us, it is a new family
room and we take every opportunity on warm days to use it. I highly

T1-11 siding on the house. It makes all the difference and is the topic of
